Good day I’m so over Telkom I’m a new contract customer and damn am I unhappy I’ve been up and down to and from Blueroute store and all this people can do is awaiting feedback I spoke to Ryan and nabilah I’ve spoken to several consultants via the call center saying that a technician must come out to my place after several weeks I’m back at the store finally a technician came he promised me 48 hour turn around time for a report and den I went back to store wow fokol report till now and now I’m still sitting with no connection but remember I must still pay my bill every month who the hell can help me? Coz clearly the people at store level can’t do anything coz they waiting for the regional manager of Tokai branch
 
Why not just log the fault online?

Sounds to me like no fault actually exists.

There was three faults logged already that’s y a technician came out but there’s no report as to wats my speed which is the initial problem without the report I can’t get an antenna y would I complain if there were no faults logged??
 
I left Telkom ages ago and have never looked back. Maybe cut your losses and sign up to an other ISP?
