For goodness sake I wich Telkom could go bankrupt . We subscribed to their mail manager plus fax to email service and since about 3 weeks back the service just stopped working !!! I don't receive any faxes via email anymore . Unfortunately our business clients prefer to fax us job requests rather than email ( old school ) . The fax shows that it went trough on their side but we don't receive anything on our mail ( mail account working fine ) and of course we are loosing money ! Now try and explain that to the Telkom call centre tech support and you get transferred 10 times , most of them are not even aware of the available fax service and can only blah blah isch ...... What a bunch of incompetent lot . No wonder the share price is in the dumps !!! Unfortunately Neotel still dont have a fax line service
