The point is very simple. Telkom rep actually got nothing to do. Talkom know very very well what the problems are. So what the rep is going to do.Beside Telkom is a service provider that is where his position starts and ends in any "normal" society. The rep( if there will be one) should not have any different status then any other service provider..ISP.
THE MAIN POInT IS THAT TELKOM IS JUST PLAYING FOR TIME .A rep is NOT going to cntribute to any of the burning issues since they are all known for a long time.

The telkom rep wouldn't be in this forum as just an ISP rep I think... because Telkom is both the sole supplier of bandwidth and the source of pretty much all the problems we experience, we need to give them a special area and impose limitations on that area.
It's probably true that Telkom know exactly what is pissing people off (you never know though) but that they've consented to this is at least a start. Just like the meeting with the CEO wasn't going to be earth-shattering, it was a start.
