telkom mega 100WR - need to extract SNR->txt/xls

Hi,

Can anyone maybe help me - i used to have a solution to extract values from a marconi 4port ethernet router...but now i don't have this modem anymore .

i need to extract specifically US MARGIN and DS MARGIN from my router into either a txt file or an xls file (that would be the SNR values)

i need to show hellkom my line is stil up 2 shi*

i have contacted the "builders" of this modem - but dunno..

or in that case - i've got a dlink 300T and a billion 5102G in spare...any one of those modems...if u can create/have an extraction utility/prog - please let me know!
 
What do you mean extract values? You want to copy and paste them into a document?
 
i want to run a script - or some command - that by regular intervals extract the SNR down value from the modem and put into a text file.

for example

DATE TIME SNR down SNR up

18march 13:29:00 12 12
18march 13:29:05 13 12

not exactly like that - but the crucial part is extracting the SNR down value into a txt/xls file - automatically.
 
No idea about a script.

You would have to be able to write something that logins all the time and extracts the SNR, because after a certain time period you have to re-login to your router if there is no activity in the page.

Or your script must log in once and extract SNR's at intervals before you have the need to log-in again.

I don't know scripting, I have that router and know where the margins are but thats it.
