i think most people know they missed that, among other things.

ADSL average time to install improved to 19 days (2007:23).

Oh, so now they install high-rollers' ADSL within one day and the rest of ours "within" 74 days... assuming of course that it is on a 1:4 ratio of fast:slow.... very clever working, Telkom. Now if only you would install "everybody's" ADSL within a short space of time.
