Telkom mobile App . no longer works.

Hi i would like to know why the telkom mobile app and the site onnet.8ta.com no longer works as these were easy ways to check all balances and recharge.

check balances and recharge from the Telkom site ... Select the MyTelkom menu item on the RHS

The Telkom Mobile app on my phone regularly has problems. I was at a Telkom store today, and the idiot working there said it's probably because I use a "speedbooster" (she saw the speedtest Ookla app on my phone) and recommended that I send it in for repairs!

Also, the in-store wi-fi at Kenilworth operates at 600kbps, and the ladies working there don't see that as bad. At least Telkom is cheap, but their service sucks.
