SMS the make followed by the model to 185
eg Nokia n8

PROXY : 41.151.254.162
PORT: 8080



Internet Prices

Range per package

Dial *180# and Select "Bundle Purchases" -> "Data Bundles"

When you dialing up from the pc
You asking or saying :confused:, from a pc yes. But never mind anyway, I wanted to test the 8ta promotion reception and speed etc. on prepaid but I hear it is not possible.
 
I have a transformer tablet and HUAWEI WIFI modem, making use of 8ta data prepaid card, how do I make them work? I pick up the device on my tablet but can not connect to the internet....

Please if anyone can help would mean a lot
 
Does anyone know how to the tether an iphone using 8ta please?

EDIT Got it just change APN to internet and pair with bluetooth.

I have a samsung galaxy tab, and I got the configuration settings sent to me. However, I get an error when I try to install them.

I manually went to settings to look up my access points, and I only have one : MMS. I would like to try manually create the internet APN setting. Does anyone have any advice?

You can also SMS “setup”, phone make and phone model to 185. (e.g. Setup Nokia N73) and the settings will be sent to your phone. its a free SMS.

how do i request internet settings for an HTC EVO 3D X515m as it does not recognize my device ?
 
Good day ALL;

Kindly note that Telkom Mobile has instituted a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) on products offering unlimited BIS/BES.

Once customers reach 5GB usage per month, their internet speed will be reduced. While they will be still able to upload and download DATA can expect speeds of up to 128Kbps once they have exceeded 5GB within that month. The throttling down will also impact the 500MB allocated for You tube streaming as well.

This decision comes on the back of a review usage of the unlimited BIS/BES benefits. This data benefit was designed for people to use for Email, Social media and web-surfing via their Smart phones. Most of the customers requirement are accommodated comfortable within 5GB per month.

Hi guys,

Mother applied and received her sim card on the 15GB package.

APN is internet. Mom says device shows no service...

Any assistance?
