Telkom Mobile SMS delivery problem

I have the same problem. I bought 1000 SMS once off bundle & sent SMS to my customers & a lot of them didn't receive it, yet I have been charged per my bundle. To add insult, I requested once off bundle yet the call centre agent loaded a recurring bundle to my contract. When I logged a query regarding non receipt of the sms's by my customers I was told the telkom mobile server can only send 50 sms at a time. The query was then closed. I have reopened the query on 14/09/2013 atTelkom Mobile store Gateway & awaiting feedback. I want to cancell this sim only contract due to non delivery of my sms but I'm I will have to pay cancellation penalty. This contract is only 2 months old. Telkom Mobile is BAD BAD news.
 
I had a issue with international sms not being received to ported Telkom Mobile numbers, after non resolution i canceled, you just need to give a months notice (it is a month to month contract when sim only), and move back to pre paid and port again, you are not downgrading but getting a service conversion (check the contract) no fees are attached to that.
 
I have the same problem using a ported number. I cannot send SMSs and suspect I cannot receive either. The problem started yesterday and persists.
 
Since porting from VC to Telkom Mobile 45 days ago, I have been experiencing a delays of up to 2hrs for sms messages sent by my armed response company whenever a property's alarm is enabled or disabled. I also experience a 60-180sec delay with ABSA OTP sms'es when trying to make an online purchase. Other times, the sms'es come through immediately.

This never happened on Vodacom. I have now tweeted Telkom to try and find out what can be done or I may have to port back to VC
