I use the 2+1 GB data promo from Telkom Mobile.
I have noticed over the past couple of months that when my data bundle is below 500mb the performance falls dramatically.
When I recharge with another 2+1 bundle the speed goes back to what it was.
Is Telkom Mobile throttling ?
Anyone have similar experiences ?
