Telkom Mobile to Telkom Fixed Line Diversion

We have a mobile number that we want to port to Telkom Mobile. We also have a PRI with Telkom. We want to divert the mobile number to a DID on our PRI.

1. If a call is diverted, and another call comes in, will also divert and be received on another channel, or will it simply go to voicemail?
2. If so, is there a limit to how many concurrent diversions can occur?
3. Does Telkom Mobile charge for these call diversions since they are essentially on the same network.

I have not been able to get any clear answers from Telkom Sales.
