Does Telkom Mobile track all sites visited and place it on your bill if you are on contract. Just interested to find out if they do it if I subscribe to Itemised billing. Or does itemised billing only show calls made and show your internet usage as only a number of kilobites?

No, they don't track websites, someone else does.
For billing, don't know, perhaps connection time, duration and (of course) number of bytes.
