Where do you stay? The 3GB you bought was is Telkom or All Networks data. If it's Telkom data and you do not have Telkom network coverage it won't work.

Yes. Unfortunately you are Roaming on Vodacom. It's the new roaming agreement with Vodacom and Telkom.

Call 180 and ask for a refund and in future buy the ALL Networks bundle then it will work. The 3GB you bought will only work on Telkoms own network unfortunately. Mo Nice offers a mix of Telkom only and All networks bundles so when buying a Mo Nice bundle buy the All networks.

I like buying lots of data, and I didn't mind buying the 25gigs for R225 a month but now my deals won't change and I swear it's been over 6 months on this same deal. I'm even considering buying a newer sim to get better deals..
The only other deals only last a day or 2. it sucks

Same issue here, most deals are only a day or 2, and R30 a day on data I don't like.

Telkom data. I just checked with a colleague on the same package and he has the extra data too. I'm certainly not complaining, just confused.
