GangStarr is trying to help me out with my ISDN to ADSL conversion, and he asked the person concerned (I think in the scheduling dept) to escalate my order and she just refused! :-o
That's really weird... are Telkom employees trained to give other Telkom employees in other departments grief too
Anyways, with his help I at least know where things kind of stand, even tho the actual people meant to be dealing with things don't bother to contact me.
I think the current situation is that they don't give a rats ass about my damn order, but hey, that's not really a surprise is it...
