I anyone else having trouble accessing news.saix.net?

I am a new subscriber to Telkom ISP, I have been trying all weekend using news.saix.net and news.telkomsa.net.

Does one have to apply for provisioning or should it just work with my ISP username/password?

I use news.saix.net on port 119, max 3 connections. No username or password; as long as Telkom is your ISP, not just the backhaul provider, it should work. I still connected successfully last night.

EDIT: reporting back to confirm that I am connected with username and password blank.
