I'm honestly fed up with Telkom and all points of access to their consultants.
I asked for an upgrade to a 4mb line (yes I know hey). This was done, but a 4mb line 24 month contract was loaded as well.
I repeatedly told the consultant I use my own separate ISP. On my bill for December I was (surprise surprise) billed for a 24 month contract as well.
I have logged more than 10 disputes over 7 weeks and each time it gets rejected. I've tried email, online chat and the call centre.
How can I take this further as they are now informing me that my services will be disconnected due to non payment.
