Telkom not reversing services

I'm honestly fed up with Telkom and all points of access to their consultants.

I asked for an upgrade to a 4mb line (yes I know hey). This was done, but a 4mb line 24 month contract was loaded as well.

I repeatedly told the consultant I use my own separate ISP. On my bill for December I was (surprise surprise) billed for a 24 month contract as well.

I have logged more than 10 disputes over 7 weeks and each time it gets rejected. I've tried email, online chat and the call centre.

How can I take this further as they are now informing me that my services will be disconnected due to non payment.

Surprise surprise..typical Helkom..just make sure they dont blacklist you because of non payment..another client had their homeloan rejected because of telkom.good luck and keep up posted.
 
Just found out Telkom not going to restore out lines so I'll have to deal with this BS
 
I know they are quite willing to reverse charges for "out of service".

That is on a good day though
They want me to switch to their FLLA crap before they reimburse me for the couple months of no service
