Has anyone tried viewing their Telkom statements on online at https://www.telkom.co.za/eservices. It offers this service including paying your bill but never seems to display any statements. It even asks for how many months but nothing!

Used it on Monday, worked for me.
Try another browser. I remember it not working in one of them.

When I upgraded my line Telkom gave me a new username and I foolishly created a new account with the new logon credentials. Needless to say, I experienced the same problem as you.Well, my Telkom account name and telephone number have always been the same but I have changed the login username and password a few times. I have tried linking the same account again but whilst it appears linked (a duplicate of the one already there) it still makes no difference.
