Telkom on-line statements

Has never worked for me.

I can see the balance of what is owed. That's all.
 
Did you change your username or create a new account?

Well, my Telkom account name and telephone number have always been the same but I have changed the login username and password a few times. I have tried linking the same account again but whilst it appears linked (a duplicate of the one already there) it still makes no difference.

When I upgraded my line Telkom gave me a new username and I foolishly created a new account with the new logon credentials. Needless to say, I experienced the same problem as you.

Just logon with your old credentials and it should work. :)

Ps. Remember to delete the new account.
 
It only seems to work on MS Edge for me. The other browsers, Chrome included do not open their statements.
