Is the telkom "Order Status" page working for anyone and showing orders (either done or "executing")?

I could view all my done and 1 executing until this morning...

This afternoon it's blank.

On the telkom homepage, click orders on the right hand side, then scroll through the list to query an order

can only webpage orders be tracked?
