I can no longer connect authenticate my adsl account with WebAfrica. WA support says it is a Telkom fault as all their Jhb users have been having a problem since 2am this morning. Using Telkoms guest account I can connect. Telkom support maintains it is a WA problem.
This was most certainly a Telkom issue which they only ended up resolving late on Sunday afternoon. Our service continued to run smoothly throughout this period for all our users other than the people in the JHB region.
