Telkom PC bundles - anything worthwhile?

Where were you checking them out? In the flesh in some Telkom shop? :eek:
 
A few years ago i took the goldbundle. It was a mecer xtreme pc with a decent cpu but the mobo was crap. At the time i ask them what mobo the system had and they couldnt aswer me.

But ya if you need a pc urgent and havent got the bucks it isnt to bad. Ive replaced all parts but the keyboard, speakers and case. Just dont expect a gaming rig:D

Haha, but now they do have a gaming rig, for like a million bucks a month. I'd stay well clear :eek:

The only decent thing seems to be these monitors.

Oh ja ........ well, I see it as I most probably won't have 13k to go buy one but I might have the monthly amount, so even though it's 3 years, it lets me get the telly :o

Ya, that is the thinking.

And for me, I'd sell it and use the cash for bills and fees. Like a low-interest loan type of thing. Tough times :o
