I hope this is in the correct section, apologies if not.
I need some assistance in setting up outlook for someone. I have the pop3 settings for when they use their vodacom phone to sync emails but when they are connected to their Telkom adsl its not possible to sync mails.
How can I fix this as they do not want to use their phone to sync emails when they have adsl.
