Telkom price drop?

hi guys
just got my invoice for this month and notice that im now paying R285 for my DSL faster (512) line. Did Telkom drop there price?

I dont think that amount includes VAT

after adding vat to R285 you get a total of R325 and i think the 512K line cost R325 a month
