Somewhat, but the team tasked with manning the account are incredibly busy at the moment fielding social media and telephone calls, mostly thanks to various issues caused by loadshedding.

I feel like I'm sounding like a broken record...but here it goes anyway. :)

Log a fault using the Telkom Andriod/iOS app. You are provided with a direct interface into the faults database!

If you were to use social media, telephone and MyBB, the agent will do exactly the same thing: report a fault which ends up in that database

An automatic line test will then trigger, if there's a problem,Telkom will contact you.

Much less hassle.

I have been in limbo on a sales order that Telkom doesn't seem to be able to sort out, or it got lost.

Telephone line installed on 16 Feb, been waiting for them to activate the 4mbps line so that I can use Mweb ISP since then. Table view exchange.

I have sent you a pm Crystal Web, I really hope you can help.

been there done that and wore the T/shirt with no results either but thanks anyway for your contribution
