been there done that and wore the T/shirt with no results either but thanks anyway for your contributionI feel like I'm sounding like a broken record...but here it goes anyway.
Log a fault using the Telkom Andriod/iOS app. You are provided with a direct interface into the faults database!
If you were to use social media, telephone and MyBB, the agent will do exactly the same thing: report a fault which ends up in that database
An automatic line test will then trigger, if there's a problem,Telkom will contact you.
Much less hassle.
