Telkom Router - wireless doesn't conect

hi

i knew registering for this forum would be useful.

well, my step father has a telkom router at his business.

his wireless is enabled and i want to connect using my laptop since the PC that I'm using is a 800 duron.

when I try connect to the wireless network I get a limited connection.

the wireless AP has a WPA-PSK 12 digit alpha numeric key.

ny reason why the router won't let me connect?

Is this the Premium Combo? I had huge problems establishing a secured connection... swopped it out at a Telkom branch and the other unit worked fine. Had problems with F/W V2. If I'm correct, the alpha numeric key is on the back of the router.

A friend of mine also had a few problems with his Telkom ADSL router's wireless, also got a "Limited or no connectivity" error. Unfortunately, he fixed that by buying a decent router and got iBurst
