Telkom Saix International down?

I cant seem to access any international, i ping international sites such as google.com/yahoo.com and get continuous timeouts, the connection was fine last night but as of now only local seems to work, I am with telkom internet, which is saix based, are saix users experiencing problems or just telkom isp users?
