Telkom screws me yet again

I am so sick of Telkom, yes i know, who isnt. But i have just had enough of them i cant stand it anymore.

I have already capped on my telkom 2gig account, i am not a heavy downloader, i browse for hours and hours all day but i dont download other than the occasional small attachment here and there.

I have gone to my usage portal on telkom and calculated my usage and it adds up to 2.2g. However their total that they have on the page is 3.6g.

I call them to argue but of course you know that is no use at all.

I am going to try my utmost to get rid of telkom and even go one step further to offer an alternative to our crappy tele-koms provider. Enough is enough. Telkom your going down.

I feel your pain , Last night I could not connect to international sites and found that my usage was @ 9gb !!! apparently I DL that amount on the 1st already , treid calling Telkom (the &&&&***&&@&# !!!) but wait for it , I had to hold on for more that 2 HOURS !!!! I kid u fo***en not , eventually I gave up after 2Hours and 18 mins. There is NOOOOOOOOO way that they can be that busy , on average I wait about 1 hour but last night they were the pits . Tonight I have to go thru this k@k again . I feel like going to their offices on teh foreshore and strangling the supervisor. Bunch of useless ****ers !!

i have been abroad and used most other isp's, telkom is by far the worst i have ever come across.

Not just their adsl service but the whole telkom on a whole has a terrible attitude.

What do you do in this country, take it or leave thats their attitude.
