Let me just start by apologising if this is in the wrong section.
This month at last decided to get round to upgrading our ADSL line from 384kbps to 1mbps since yesterday was a holiday had to do it today. First I phoned 10120 but then about 1 minute into the call I got a call on my cell I had to take so I hung up, then next time I ended up in the wrong menu and couldn't find a way back so hung up again and since then no matter how many times I call I get the busy signal {to 10120}.
Basically just want to know is there a maximum number of times this number can be called a day or is this just telkom's incompetence at work? I have been trying to get through to 10120 for the last hour and all I get is the busy signal, is this to prevent abuse since it's a toll free number? or should I wait a certain amount of hours?
All other calls connect fine just can't get through to 10120, anyone know anything about this? or do I have to go to the closer shop here to get our ADSL upgraded {through I have known a couple of people who do it over the phone}?
