Telkom staff moves on

I'm not trying to defend Telkom, but based on the article, it seems a few people leaving the company is no big deal. It's only because they might be well known that article was even written. I'm sure a similar article could be written about any company on the JSE.

If there was a mass exodus of highly skilled employees (as with eskom) than maybe it would be of interest.

Personally, I'm sick of reading about these twits who've left or joined Telkom.

For a company like Telkom, it is somewhat worrying that you senior staff are leaving in such large numbers....

They are supposed to drive the company and give it direction.

it's even more worrying if you talk to current telkom staff..

I can understand the position of broadband officer being scraped, what they have can hardly be called broadband

Wow Dr Sharon Horton has escaped the belly of the monopolistic beast, I wish her well in her new job at USAASA - although it will be a very tough job turning USAASA around.

I agree it is an interesting move and a gain for USAASA. Maybe USAASA will actually do something now and their fruitless expenditure will decrease.
