Telkom suspending my port

Ok so now I have cancelled my data package with telkom. Now they have actually suspended my adsl line at the exchange.

WTF Telkom. I feel like burning your faking exchanges down for doing this to me. I now sit without internet on a bloody weekend. How the fak can they just do as they please without consulting why they doing it.

Ranger I have pm you. What is the name of the other telkom dude.

Guys, can you please assist and reinstate my line.

This is totally unacceptable for screwing me :mad:

Yoh. If they did that to me I would borrow Pitbulls home-made flamethrower and do exactly what you said.
 
This is why I never cancelled my isp part.. too scared they will cancel my line and then say no more ports available ..

Can't help with what the call centre does wrong, and also can't help with any service besides the one you cancelled ...
 
Telkom se mase p@€s. These people are faking brain dead. I cannot even get hold of a literate person to speak to.

Sigh.....

I wish Telscum never existed......
 
Ok so now they re-activated my line, but now there is a fault on the line......WTF

Can this get any worse. So it looks like another few days before they decide to do anything about it :wtf::mad::cry:
 
I have changed isp and changed data with Telkom multiple times and never experienced this.
It must really suck but it's certainly not the norm.
 
None of my clients are on a package so the line, ADSL & data are separate line items on page 2 of the invoice making it easy for them to make adjustments and read back to me what will appear on the next invoice. I suspect these Telkom Simple packages and the like might be a single line item which would complicate matters.

Did the same thing, cancelled to go to crystal web this is 4 weeks ago I am still ****ing waiting I end up swearing on twitter for days and basically tweeting them until someone took note. They are coming out to my place tommorow damn it's tough without adsl
