Hi all,
I will keep this simple. Telkom last year built a new MSAN closer to where I live. I went from syncing at 8MB to a mammoth 12MB. As you can see from this image, also note the excellent Line Attenuation and Noise Margin.

Fast forward four months later to now and after 5 days of noticing Netflix buggering and just really poor speeds with connection being lost etc I go to my router and see the following:

So I logged a fault with Telkom and today their technician went to the site and after 2 hours called me back to say it's fixed. I wasn't home so couldn't confirm, checked now and it's still the same. Any idea what could cause this massive difference? I am really interested to know if it's in my house (nothing has changed) or if it's the MSAN.
Cheers
