I was on the phone for about an hour this week trying to figure out why they only cancelled my extra account on the 1st...

Then I ordered another 2gb for this month (I have sort the first problem out when I get the bill for it next month... Because it's not on their system yet...) So I ordered another 2gb account, and yesterday, "connecting.....". It turns out they gave me a 1gb account, and this capped saturday night... Now I need to be online this weekend.

So I call 10215 on my cell and nothing and wait (for account queries)... Then I start calling it on my landline, choose the tech support option and the guy says sorry you have to wait till monday.

How I loathe telkom. Now I have to waste R70 on prepaid from webafrica. And then they probably wont change my account to a 2gb on monday as far as I know telkom.
 
Damn, thats rather confusing.

Well when i get my ADSL I wont be going with Telkom as an ISP! :D
 
Sleek. They did the same to me, but after some time on the phone, they gave me the 2 gig and credited me for the 1 gig I had already used. So I was happy.
