Telkom testing local loop unbundling in exchanges

Did you receive some form of notification from Telkom about this?

Well yes I suppose --- if one accepts that having your telephone and ADSL line go on and off then yes I got a notification !:erm:

AFAIK Telkom has not started the process yet. And I doubt that an exchange in Pretoria will be selected...

Well well so they are setting new deadlines to be missed again. All i want is stable affordable internet

Then the Telkom technician who showed up at my door is telling me lies ???? I logged a fault and it was attributed to these tests?? and BTW, the exchange has always been a "test exchange"

I've asked Jan (at SATNAC) to confirm this with the relevant Telkom engineers present.
