Telkom TI Usage Tracking Tool and Social Networking

So I know WhatsApp and Facebook data is counted as "Social Networking" on the Telkom network and does not come off your cap. However, this month I'm sitting on 10GB. The missus does love her Facebook but not 10GB of it. Only other one that is used a lot is Youtube, but surely it does not apply to Youtube?
