Anyone ever topup with the online telkom website and then the website shows that you havent topped up but you not capped anymore?

What sort of contract would force you to top up with only TelkomInternet bandwidth? I know that Telkom itself doesn't enforce this. You can use whatever ISP you want. Even if you sign a 24 month contract with Telkom, you can still cancel the ISP part - TelkomInternet. The contract is only for the line, with which you get a free modem.

Phone 10217 and ask them about your contract details. You should be able to cancel the TelkomInternet ISP bandwidth portion, and pay Telkom only for voice line rental, and ADSL line rental. Then you can use the ISP of your choosing. Even if you can't cancel the ISP part, you can still top up with Afrihost or any other ISP for that matter.
 
The business pays for the ISP and will only pay for Telkom maybe?
