I was wondering does anyone know if telkom provides training for their Datacenters and how to configre them?

There are so many different levels of skilled staff involved in a Datacenter so its hard to say. You need to be more specific as hardware used will also determine what skills/courses are done.

Diginet? That's part of their "normal" network and does not route via their datacentres.

hmmm, I am not sure what you are after, but almost all of the telkom data centre stuff runs on cisco equipment. Before telkom would even think of employing you, you would need some kind of cisco background. I also know that to work in the cybernest/dcns divisions, you usually need a degree of some sorts before being considered.

Yeah, this is a good way to get in, but the work back structure must suck, and from the experience of the guys who i worked with at telkom, they got what seemed like a raw deal...
most of em were pretty unhappy...
Still, its a way in i guess

No.

That is all internal network related operations, not something they let the customer do or even let know of.
