Although Telkom employees Belinda Williams, Pinky Moholi and Oupa Magashula were suspended nearly two weeks ago, they are still waiting to hear the reasons why.

They apparently have still not been contacted and told.

In the meantime, chief executive Papi Moletsane and chief operating officer Reuben September have left for London, from where they will be heading to Spain to attend a broadband conference. They are expected to return on Tuesday.

Looks like the conference mentioned is the Broadband World Forum Europe in Madrid Spain from 3 to 6 October.

The Broadband World Forum Europe, officially sponsored by TelefĂłnica, brings together executives within carrier and supplier companies from around the world to discuss the business models, deployment strategies, and rollout practices that have made mass-market broadband in Europe a successful reality. This world-class event features the latest perspectives and real-world experiences from top industry executives, presented through a series of in-depth workshops and session programming, complemented by a cutting-edge technology exhibition.
If they are returning on Tuesday that means they will only be at the conference for one day.

To play golf instead of attending the conference.. it's a cover

par for the course i guess

/a little birdie told me that there are some scores to be settled before they return to the bunker
