Click on "Start"
In the "Run" box, type "cmd" and Enter
Type "ipconfig"
and tell us what is your IPv4 address, your subway mask and Default gateway or if you know that those details are in order, change your dns to 8.8.8.8 or other open dns address. I have found that the dns servers have died on me a couple of times in the last month or maybe it is my router, but the google dns always works for me.
