I received an email inviting me to upgrade to their triple deal. So I called telkom just to advise me that I'm not due for an upgrade, I can speak to the accounts department to check when the renewal is due. I did that and the consultant advise me that according to the system I can upgrade. So Telkom wtf is going on?????
