Telkom Upload Speed

Hi Guys,

I have a 4mb telkom adsl account and am getting great dl speeds,
however my UL speed is non existent, i mean 0.08kb/s
i called telkom and the tekkies say they have never heared of this before,

has anyone ever experianced this? what can i tell telkom to do????

Please help this is urgent

PS: i have tried various other providers, axcess / is etc and get the same ul speed so i think its either my router / line
