Telkom usage not updating

It looks like my usage at https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker came to a standstill about 2 or 3 days ago. Did anybody else notice the same thing?

And now for the obvious and most important question: Can I download as much as I like for a day or two or are Telkom's usage systems just lagging?

PS. I'm on Telkom 4Mbps with 5GB Cap.

tit racker is working this side, so it would not appear to be a general problem

Now my international access stopped working. But according to https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker I only used 1.73 GB of 5 GB. And the last time I downloaded something, the max speed I got was around 60 KBps whereas I usually get between 300 and 400 KBps. Something weird is going on here.

Ah looks like it updated. Just as I got my hopes up for free downloading Oh well
