Telkom Usage Problem!

Hi guys!

I just got a pop up box at the bottom of my screen saying something like "speed slowed down and will return to normal next month" , i'm on a 2mb uncapped line and now its showing "0.20" on the speedtest.

Thing is, i used to stream alot and download a few months ago and never encountered this however this month i did'nt stream at all or download heavy and i'm getting this message and speed drop.

Has telkom changed something?
Just dont feel this is right
 
I know, because it's uncapped and also I've done way more last few months. I'm quiet shocked that I got this message as didn't even do much.

Agree Mickey, doesn't look right. I'm also 2mb uncapped, currently did 27 Gigs In 18 days. And no throttling issues. I also stream only, and according to my last chat with Charl you can do between 100 to 180 gigs before FUP kicks in. Well depending if you do torrent downloads and p2p, you could have issues earlier
 
That's why I'm concerned because this cannot be right, I don't torrent also so this can't be an issue.

Hoping the rep can assist me as I'd like this to be sorted out.
 
Lol yes I just received his pm, waiting to see what he says.
 
UPDATE :

Its sorted out!
Charl phoned me and walked me through what i should attempt and it worked
Speed is back to normal
