I agree, their approach is very doggy as you don't know when you gonna get under the ax ... but if you want to download 20-30 GB ad-hoc sometimes without selling your liver, I guess price-wise they win

Now this is new im guessing, once again they are using some 'smart' ass wording to cover the truth of what they are really doing.

I bet if i buy a 1 gig account on the 1st of a month and go over my cap there an there, they would cut me with no regards to the total average threshold. I mean its not like everyone goes over their cap on the 1st. Relaxed capping policy my *******!
 
I remember back in the day (4 years ago or so) you could get to figures as high as 25 gigs on a 3 gig account and still remain online for the remaining half of the month. Wow now that was satisfactory service :)
