Telkom Usage Tracking Fiasco

All our ADSL accounts have suddenly jumped by impossible usage amounts in one day according to Telkom's usage tracker. They have also changed the message that comes when you have reached your cap offering "Additional user names". None of these accounts can access international websites, and most local sites are extremely slow, so I assume they have been "capped". I can assure you that the usage amounts reflected are complete garbage - there is no way that usage could have increased by such large amounts in one day (I even checked for worm/virus infestations or rogue p2p/spyware on the connected PC's and there is nothing). Has anyone else had this experience?

Oh okay , Yea well I cant even login to the usage tracker , Im gonna phone telkom after work >.<
 
I have found on one of my accounts that my international is completely non-existent. I have full access to local, but nothing else. It is a 2GB TelkomInternet account, and it has worked fine for the last couple of months since I bought it.

Note that I have not touched this account at all this month until I found out it wasn't allowing me to access international. According to the SAIX ADSL counter (because the Telkom one, much like the company itself, is broken), 0 bytes have been used. So wtf?
Why am I paying R149 for a 2GB local-only account?
 
This gives me hope that they might yet let me have that usual bonus 3GB on my Do3
 
Well this is just ridiculous - http://userstats.adsl.saix.net/ is indicating that the same account posted above (supposedly at 4.80GB usage) is at combined usage of 1 959 279 023 bytes (~ 2GB).

Since this (and several other accounts of ours have been "capped") Telkom needs to urgently explain what's happening - who do I complain to about this?
 
My SAIX non-TI account is fine, seems to be specifically a TI problem, not a SAIX one?
