unlikely for them not to its a great oppertunity but telkom will likely not only benefit profit wise but access cost wise too maybe, if they keep their price standing or even not, the savings and profit margin would go thru the roof if they collaborate with Telkom since they don't have build own networks, at cost or rather cheaper access to fixed line tech etc
My memory on this issue is sketchy at best, but didnt Vodafone purposely pull off this deal via the back door a while back for the very reason of preventing Telkom and Voda from heading north?
