Telkom VoLTE not working

Not sure on Telkom device support, but according to Apple not supported

I'm going to have to go back to Telkom. After my back and forth on Twitter and my ticket getting created VoLTE started working and worked for about 3 days on my Telkom SIM.

The manual provisioning worked.

However as of yesterday VoLTE no longer works again on my Telkom SIM but is still working perfectly on my MTN SIM.

Very strange that it worked for a couple days after logging my ticket and then has now stopped working again.

Anyone else experience this?

Will reach out to Telkom again to try to get it manually provisioned again
 
Update on the above a new ticket was once again logged yesterday and my VoLTE/VoWifi is working again this morning on my Telkom SIM card.

Lets hope it is permanent this time and doesn't stop working again after a couple of days.
