So i have a fiber internet line which was installed by VumaTel and i have a 40Mb account by Telkom which was suppose to be 40Mb down and around 4Mb upload speed. Earlier i decided to run a speed test because my connection was extremely slow and unstable. This was the results i got, got about the same on the mybroadband speedtest as well and also running wifi and lan.
Been having issues with this internet for a while already, when i go to telkom they say they cant help me because the fiber line is managed by VumaTel, and VumaTel just dont answer their phones or respond to emails at all, i wish i could just drop both companies and get a completely new account, but im not sure if i can use another company in place of vumatel since the installed all the cables in my area..
