Dude, my line runs through about 4 trees before it gets to the pole, from there it probably runs through about 500 trees before it goes underground to cross the road. It failed before, they fixed it, when it happens again they will fix it. Short of cutting down all the interfering trees and branches and asking all your neighbours along the path of the overhead cable you have no real recourse.

Even if the request to move the pole was possible you would still need him to give permission for them to access his priority.

This is not true, i might be wrong but according to the Electronic Communications Act you cannot deny access to the communications network, Telkom has the right to enter his property even without permission to service their network.
