Telkom website - adding dsl to an existing line

You have an existing Telkom line, you have registered on their website, and added your account.

What can you do thereafter? Only pay your account.

Can't add / change any packages related to your account.

Want DSl? Fill in a new application?

Is it just me, or is the Telkom Online portal the most short-sighted designed BS ever?
 
Its pretty crap. Just phone their call centre and say you want to add the dsl line. Make sure you get the reference number. It should reflect on their telkom customer portal. There is a section (cant remember exactly what you call it) like orders.
 
not that everybody doesnt already know this, but Telkom CS team dialing 10210 is the worst ever. I miss Charl :cry:

Seems like the retrenchments are having a massive impact in customer service. Trying to call the call centre requires the patience of the Dalai Lama applying for a South African VISA.
