Has Telkom ever come back to MyADSL after that meeting oh so long ago? Have Telkom even been in contact with this community in the past two months?

I am currently in contact with Hans Van De Groenendaal regarding security issues with ADSL. I had very little success with Steven White after our meeting a few months ago, but Hans always comes back to me within an acceptable time. I think we can build on this relationship to address ADSL related issues with Telkom in future. There are still many questions that remain unanswered, but I will do my best to get these addressed in future.

Sorry rpm. I didn't want to make it seem like you're to blame. I'm just very disappointed that Telkom hasn't come forward to answer the unanswered questions by now. The ball's in their court, they just don't seem to know what to do with it.
