TelkomInternet 2 vs 3gig

Now that TelkomInternet is apparantly no longer hardcapping but rather using an average based formula is there any benefit in subscribing to a 3gig versus a 2 gig account. The only benefit I see on their website seems to be the 2 concurrent connections

Dont forget the share pool will be smaller, so youre liable to get capped sooner on a 2 gig.

I don't think so... if there is this aledged "bandwidth pool" all the users would draw from the same pool, for economy of scale reasons.
