Telkominternet capped users for February

Im hard capped on my 2 gigger at 28.2GB's

Guys. I believe you might be capped one day and then released/decapitated/uncapped the next.

This new Telkom system is weird but better than nothing. If only we could get uncapped local and high-capped international access.

The guys that got capped, please let us know if you are uncapped again the day after...

Wierd thing is it shows that I downloaded nothing on the
1st, 2nd and the 9th but on the 9th my connection was maxed out on torrents and I have been downloading anime eps everyday (including 1st and 2nd)

I've also uploaded at least 11 gigs...so whatever

I think you have adware/spyware on your PC. Even with torrents 11 gigs upload is very hectic.
